Refund & Return Policy
At Oyser Tech, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, buyer's remorse, or any reason unrelated to product defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility requirements, and order details before completing their purchase.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may only be considered if:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping.
• The item is defective upon arrival.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Customers must email all damage or defect claims to oysertech@gmail.com along with their order number and supporting evidence.
Oyser Tech reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement or resolution.
Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, modification, improper installation, water damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
Shipping fees, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
